2. Data processed, purposes and legal bases

a) Contact form

I process the data provided in the website's contact form: name, email address, the selected service, the text of the message, and the time of submission.

• Purpose: responding to the enquiry and getting in touch with you.
• Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox on the form.

b) Appointment booking (Cal.com)

I process the data you provide through the embedded scheduling calendar (name, email address, and any additional information you volunteer with the booking) in order to arrange the appointment.

• Purpose: scheduling and holding the consultation.
• Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

c) Visitor analytics

Website traffic is measured with Plausible Analytics, and only after you give your consent. Plausible works without cookies and produces anonymous, aggregated statistics: it does not collect or process personal data, and individual visitors cannot be identified.

3. Retention period

Data provided through the contact form is kept for a maximum of 24 months from the date the enquiry is answered, or until you withdraw your consent, after which it is deleted.

4. Data processors and recipients

The following data processors are used:

• Supabase Inc. - database storage of contact form submissions (in a region operated within the European Union);
• Resend - transactional email delivery (notification of new enquiries);
• Cal.com, Inc. - appointment scheduling;
• Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) - hosting, serving the website.

Using some of these providers may involve transfers of data to third countries (primarily the United States). In such cases, the transfer takes place subject to appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (EU SCC).

5. Your rights

You have the right, at any time, to:

• request information about and access to your personal data,
• request the rectification of your data,
• request the erasure of your data,
• request the restriction of processing,
• object to the processing,
• exercise your right to data portability,
• withdraw your consent at the email address above; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates the law, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
