Cookie policy
Effective from: 13 July 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage) are small data files stored by your browser at the request of a website. This website follows a privacy-first approach: it uses no tracking cookies, and by default only applies storage that is strictly necessary for it to work.
2. Strictly necessary storage
- cookie-consent (a localStorage entry, not a cookie): remembers your decision about loading the embedded scheduler, so the banner does not appear on every visit. Retention: until you clear your browser storage.
3. Visitor analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
Website traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, operated by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The measurement is cookieless: it stores nothing in your browser or on your device, and it does not use fingerprinting. Only anonymous, aggregated statistics are produced; individual visitors cannot be identified. Because it stores no data on the visitor's device and collects no personal data, it does not require consent under the applicable rules, and therefore runs independently of the cookie banner, on every visit.
4. Third-party embeds (Cal.com)
The embedded scheduling calendar (Cal.com) loads only after your explicit consent: either via the "Accept" button in the cookie banner, or via the "Load the scheduler" button shown in its place. Once loaded, Cal.com may place its own cookies, which are described in detail in Cal.com's privacy policy. You can also book without consenting: the booking page can be opened in a new tab, or you can use the contact form.
5. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent to the embedded scheduler at any time by clearing your browser's stored data (localStorage); the banner will then appear again, and the Cal.com calendar will once more load only after your explicit consent.
