- Problem
- Producing statistics from application data was a time-consuming, technical task: it required manual queries and report building.

- I built an analytics agent in Copilot Studio that lets users ask questions in plain, everyday language (for example, about a given month). In the background, the agent extracts the data in a controlled way, respecting governance rules, and turns it into statistics. The user sees nothing of the processes running behind the scenes.

Introduction
Who I am
I am Gábriel Pielka. I hold a degree in business informatics. I spent ten years working as a project manager, during which my focus turned entirely to business process automation and AI solutions. Today, as an independent consultant, I build systems for Hungarian SMEs that take the burden of repetitive administration off employees and businesses alike.
Earlier, as a subcontractor, I handled end-to-end project work for an SME in the staffing industry, so I know exactly where the Hungarian SME sector stands today and where it needs to improve to keep pace with the market.
Building on this experience, I can examine the business perspective and the technical implementation at the same time. The most useful knowledge grows out of hands-on practice, but I have also earned certifications in a number of modern solutions, which you can follow on my LinkedIn profile.
