Repetitive tasks eat up your employees’ expensive working hours.
Copying data between spreadsheets, answering the same emails again and again, processing paper documents.
Nulladmin — less admin, more value.
Business development · AI · Automation
With more than 10 years of project management experience behind me, I digitalise and automate your company’s administrative tasks. Whether it is an AI assistant that answers company emails on its own or a complete system that prepares payroll, today’s technology can take over almost any routine task. The result? Fewer working hours, minimal errors, lower costs and more room for creative human work.
The starting point
Copying data between spreadsheets, answering the same emails again and again, processing paper documents.
A typo or a skipped step is expensive to fix after the fact.
While the daily routine ties down your team, the important, value-creating work keeps getting postponed.
The good news: most of this can be automated today, without introducing any new software, so your people can focus on creative work that creates real value.
Services
I build AI assistants that summarise your daily tasks, manage your calendar and create events, answer emails in trained scenarios and even write them on request (for example, pre-screening applicants and addressing them personally). Recurring questions are handled automatically, based on a trained knowledge base.
From attendance data to payroll processing, from incoming invoices to structured data: I replace manual copying and paperwork.
I connect your existing systems and automate the recurring steps that still need human attention today: report distribution, data collection, approval workflows.
If your company uses Microsoft Office applications, I create targeted agents built on your existing systems, whatever your industry: an HR agent for leave management, an IT helpdesk for internal questions, and more. No new software: everything runs in your own Microsoft 365 environment.
I do not start with the technology, I start with the process. I map out where the bottleneck and the highest return are, and give you a realistic roadmap. Seen through the eyes of a project manager with 10 years of experience.
The technologies I primarily work with
The process
A conversation about your processes. I look at what can be automated and where the highest return is.
A concrete solution proposal, a timeline and a fixed budget. No surprises along the way.
I design and build the system in your own environment, connecting the technology with your business interests.
I hand the system over to your team, document it, and remain available after go-live.
Track record
Every case is a real, live system; client names are anonymised.
Introduction
I am Gábriel Pielka. I hold a degree in business informatics. I spent ten years working as a project manager, during which my focus turned entirely to business process automation and AI solutions. Today, as an independent consultant, I build systems for Hungarian SMEs that take the burden of repetitive administration off employees and businesses alike.
Earlier, as a subcontractor, I handled end-to-end project work for an SME in the staffing industry, so I know exactly where the Hungarian SME sector stands today and where it needs to improve to keep pace with the market.
Building on this experience, I can examine the business perspective and the technical implementation at the same time. The most useful knowledge grows out of hands-on practice, but I have also earned certifications in a number of modern solutions, which you can follow on my LinkedIn profile.

Questions and answers

Yes. The solutions run in your own environment, and your data never leaves the company.
From assessment to go-live, typically a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on the complexity of the process.
No. I train your team and document the system so they can use it with confidence.
I remain available after the rollout, and I build every system to be maintainable.
Every project is different, so after the free assessment I give you a concrete proposal with a fixed budget.
No, that is just a common example. From company correspondence to invoice processing, almost any administrative process is a candidate.
